I know the human being and the fish can coexist peacefully

An incident in Arlington Texas brings new meaning to the commercial phrase, "What can Brown do for you?"

An Arlington man came home to find his wife in a pickup in their driveway with an off-duty UPS driver who was apparently...shall we say... delivering a package. She, being able to think on her back as well as on her feet, cried "rape". The lover/delivery man beat a hasty retreat in his truck. The angry husband drew the gun he happended to be carrying and fired four shots at the back of the truck. One of the bullets struck the man in the head and killed him. Fortunately no children in the neighborhood were maimed or killed by stray bullets.

The grand jury handed up a manslaughter indictment against the wife, not the husband.  Texas law allows a defendant to claim justification if he has "a reasonable belief that his actions are necessary, even though what they believe at the time turns out not to be true."

Apparently Arlington has yet to lose its idiot.
